Mistress of the Manor

Being able to be with her is a luxury and is not something most men can afford but when she finds a man they fancy they won't care as long as they get what they want.
Lots of Loving all night long, warm essence and most of all her belly becomes very heavy with children at the end.
I've tried to use something different for her what do you think?
