DISCORD QUESTIONS

⭐DISCORD ACCESS: I signed up as a Cookie Jar/Sticker Club Member, how do I join the Discord?

Make sure your Discord and your Patreon are linked with the correct accounts and you should receive access to the Discord. If you need additional help refer to this super helpful article here !

STICKER CLUB QUESTIONS

⭐When will I receive my sticker?

If you are a sticker club member, your sticker will be shipped the first week of the following month that you paid. For example, if you became a member anytime in October, your sticker will be shipped out at the beginning of November.

⭐️When will I know next month’s design?

New designs will always be posted before the next month starts, giving you the decision to opt out or stay another month for the sticker club 💓 (i.e. November's sticker will be announced the last week of October)

⭐️How long will it take for my sticker to ship?

U.S. members should generally expect to receive their sticker 1-5 business days after they have been shipped, and International members 6-10 business days. 

⭐️I still haven’t received my sticker, help!!!

⭐Free Members:

Sketchbook Club prompts will be posted on the Patreon for free, along with some general art/shop updates but if you would like the community aspect, make sure to check out the other tiers!

I am looking forward to chatting here, sharing art and seeing the amazing things you guys create but I do want to preface that both Steven and I may not be active on this Discord server 24/7! Sometime we gotta touch grass, focus on video projects for the channel, spend time creating, and live life! We will aim to be active every weekday and keep you guys updated if anything comes up. We are so incredibly grateful for your support and want to continue to foster a sustainable creative community for everyone.

This Patreon and Shay's Kitchen is operated by both myself and my partner, Steven (check out his art!). I couldn't pack stickers, run a Discord, post videos, make art, and do everything else all by myself so I am so lucky to have him help out!

I cannot wait to draw with you guys and chat, and overall just have sharing the creative spirit.
