Next Before & After Nominations

So, some of you might be wondering what our DeLuca Mum has been up to since her transformation. Well, if this cheeky update is anything to go by, she's doing just fine...and by "fine," I mean absolutely owning the dance floor. Gotta say, she’s looking pretty bloody good out there.
Now, time for your nominations for the next round of Before and After/Sequence. I’ll be carrying over the most popular suggestions, but feel free to throw your new ideas in the mix below. The more detail, the better.
Also, just a heads-up: this is a short sequence, so no asking me to craft a five-season epic with world-building, plot twists, and all that jazz. I'm only human, after all.

Gonna try my luck again: a timid, often berated secretary gets stung by a bee which initially causes a swell reaction making her plumper, but later the swell subsided and she progressively gets more and more enhancements, with her ending up as a confident stunning woman.

After several trials of it working perfectly with one person at a time, they decide to throw caution to the wind and try two people at once. Obviously, things don't go exactly as planned and features are swapped/exaggerated/diminished. In short they are not the same when they come out the other side. They attempt to correct the problem and it just gets worse... or maybe better? and for who? Either way, lots of entertainment for us onlookers :-)
