A CO or comanding officer in the British army is the rank of Lieutenant Colonel which is higher rank than Captain, the captain's pips were pointed out as being upside down by viewers from series one airing so the writers my have written that into his story unless always intentional. I like the fact that all throughout the run people assuming the captain's sexuality but even in this episode still hinted but never revealed to the audience and we have no idea exactly what he said to the other ghosts word for word.

So Katy Wix's plaque pit character doesn't appear in any episode as her plaque pit character at all since the start of the her "sucked off" series in her are filmed at the end of the series
