Just got to the end. I never heard that song before, but the way they incorporated the original music reminded me of one of my favourite songs, 'Turbo Boost' by Grailknights (which builds on the Knight Rider theme in a similar way).

2025-09-09 21:59:50 +0000 UTCI ended up watching a load of Thunderbirds stuff earlier this year, found out some interesting stuff. Like they said it was originally planned to be half-hour episodes, then maybe an extra-long first episode to properly introduce the world, and then after seeing it the guy from ITV said he'd give them an hour slot… so they had to add extra subplots to the episodes they'd already filmed (the first 8, I think?). There's someone on YT who's gone through analysing the early episodes, trying to deduce from minimal clues which bits were in the original half-hour version. I think you'd probably be interested to see the expanded launch sequences for the craft; I never realised how many different versions there were.
