(EDIT: the video got stuck buffering near the end of your reaction, so I typed a comment while I was waiting for connection to come back. Turns out you thought the same thing a minute later :)) About making this stand up in court… I wonder what other evidence they could find now they know what to look for. She would probably have taken one pill out of the bottle when she took it, so there's a chance he might have had to poison all of them to be sure; expecting he could dispose of the others later. Finding the other doctored pills in a bottle with his fingerprints on would be pretty good evidence (although Holly and Slade had both handled that pill bottle as well). With regards to putting the cyanide crystals in the wine glass, I assume he had some kind of container in his pocket to avoid handling the poison directly. In which case, there might be a little bottle still in his pocket from which residue could be recovered. I think you're right, it would be tough to make anything stick from that. But the 'confession' was probably good enough to restore the boss's trust in Holly. It's good to see you enjoying the series.
