Chapter 1.01 - Colored (again)

So, a while ago, I made a post about coloring Chapter 1, and I hadn't worked on any more since then. The short story is: life happened! Got a house! Moved into the house! But one of my goals for this year is getting a book made, and that means I gotta revisit these pages.

One thing I was unhappy about with the first page is that it felt off, even when made it the first time. With the whole chapter being about the emerald, I want the chapter to have a very green feeling, but the first page just kind of felt sickly. I took another stab at it and brought it to how I'm coloring the latest pages, and I like it a lot more.
