Utsuu (Utsushi) is an enigmatic figure. Although the size of her breasts have made it impossible for her to move, she seems to thrive in her situation. She lives in sheer luxury, never wanting save for harassing her servants for her amusements. Not that they can really complain - the pay is beyond generous.
She is a puppet master, and is able to control wooden puppets remotely through some form of magic. While she is a collector, her favourites are a collection of Ten smaller dolls that bear similarities to herself. She's able to control all of them at once, and often uses them as her hands and eyes.
