Idk why the quality gets so potatoey about midway through and am looking for a solution, but hopefully it's not too distracting

Imagine if Ms. Marvel captured Moon Knight and made the traditional offer: he must either revert to Islam, or face the scimitar. It's a three-issue cliffhanger... but Ms. Marvel wins, and Moon Crusader becomes Abu Luna Jamila*. I'm old and grey so I know Moon Knight is basically Batman for the Marvel Universe. Back in my day, he was this wealthy guy who disguised himself as a taxi driver, a bum, and some other shady characters and mostly hung out at one run down diner. He basically got his information through his daily activities, had a billy club sort of like Daredevil had, had a cowl and a cape, and went around beating up bad guys, usually at night. Also, he was troubled. Really troubled. Okay, I realize it sounds as if I AM IN FACT describing Batman, but really it was the "whimsical" Moon Knight.

2019-09-03 20:38:41 +0000 UTCSo my theory on quality midway through is YT encodes past a certain minute faster and more lossy to get it up live sooner, then fills in the different resolutions a bit later. and if you're using OBS to record, there's a theory it's a OBS bug as well.
