Ramble: Pop Culture Guilty Pleasures

In which I mostly just talk about Winx Club

Ramble: Pop Culture Guilty Pleasures

Comments

I love winx club , as a child then I think I was wayyy too invested in Musa and Rivens toxic relationship. I was actually upset over the breakup. Also I started observing the weird thing shows do when there’s a blk girl in the cast, it’s in ever after high , monster high, winx etc. It’s where they don’t ever give her a love interest or give her one but then have this brutal thing of him dying or leaving her for someone else and then she’s just single the whole time. This also joins up with Musa having this odd toxic relationship as the only Asian girl lol

RedLetterMedia Shout out. Respect

Robbie Agnew

Please consider starting separate channels for bad books and horror movie reviews. Other people have started 2nd and 3rd channels recently and been pretty successful with them - you can do it too!

Thread Bomb

I wonder why this video went private?

Rebekah Wright

More bad book videos yesss, they are my fav!

Helki Rain

I LOVE bad book readings. I live for them. I've been dying to find out the fate of Kayla Adkins, Genius1 (Justin), and Judge Adkins!

Julia Nash

going through the backlog and as a hardcore barbie fan it made me very very excited to hear Jenny mention the barbie movies I will forever be holding out hope that she'll make a longer video essay about them, even some sort of ranking or something like that

Maddy

obviously i am watching the ramble backlog, but in case you or any other patrons see this barbie: star light adventure is legitimately good! most of the "new generation" of barbie movies are a little more boring and also no romance (which totally makes sense, but i do miss those subplots), but star light adventure is so interesting, and the animation is so cool! it's a different style than basically every movie, even the new ones, and it's just a fun time! the only thing is there are clear signs of a subplot that got cut, but that's pretty easy to ignore. basically yes watch this barbie movie and honestly? all of them except for princess and the popstar (BAD) and any that are barbie and her sisters cause those are all boring

Gabi Sitze-Martin

When I was a kid I enjoyed watched Winx Club but my middle schooler brain somehow realized that anything after season 2 was trash.

Mathew Lau

I loved the last jedi.

Tyler Tuthill

TLJ is my fave Star War.

Nico Boggs

Me too Miguel. I'm so glad I'm not alone. I think TLJ will be more of a perennial success like Empire. Those kind of classics tend to have a slower burn but eventually gain mass acclaim. Give it a few years and it'll be on a lot of people's all-time favourite lists.

Jonathan Baldie

i loved The Last Jedi, i had the same reaction as you, i was baffled by all the people who hated it. i walked out of the theater grinning ear to ear. Everything about it just worked for me

Miguel Sandoval

Tbh your bad fiction reads are my favourite of all the content you put out. I don't have the patience to read them myself, but I do find them hilarious and your spin amps up the humour to 11. I'm also 100% one of those podcast style viewers, and have your videos playing on my phone while I'm gaming or making things, but I actually find that the visual element adds a lot to your content, your expressions make your deadpan jokes land so well that I've had to pause my game and replay the joke so that I can watch your delivery because it's so funny to me

Hannah Jayne

That's so funny, when I was young I hated WITCH for the same reason. My friend and I once watched the pilot for Ever After High and it was a cool premise. I didn't know there was a lot more content there. And I might have to check out Lego Elves...

Jenny Nicholson

I'm late to this video, but I still needed to express my love for the girly stuff on Netflix. Winx Club is something I always boycotted as an angry W.I.T.C.H. fangirl. There was a bit of a "we against them" back in the day. And man, Winx had some ugly character designs. But I watched the Lego Elves series and the Mattel "Ever After High" movies on Netflix and I really liked the animation, music and characters.

R2

You crack me up.

Lucy Lund

Oh my god, please do the video about those Star Wars books, PLEASE!

Eric Baker

I actually love Free Rein and can't wait for season 2. It reminds me of Saddle Club, which I watched religiously as a kid. Also Pin could get it

Jenny Nicholson

Oh my goodness, on the topic of girly horse films, have you seen Free Rein on Netflix? They filmed a bunch of scenes for that outside my house. I once left my house to go to work, and I couldn't get to my car because I'd parked it on the actual "set". Was nearly late for work!! So surreal opening the door to girls clip-clopping around on horseback in the street! It must have done well because they came back to film scenes for season two, so I guess there's that to look forward to!

Bucklebob

I honestly think horse books and movies are romance novels for younger girls. The horse is always wild and something her father warns her to stay away from, like some bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks. The blurbs on the back are always shockingly similar.

Stephanie Hohn

Give it a try! Books are like food, we all have different taste. :)

dipique

Also, for the record, I loved The Last Jedi. It’s definitely my favorite out of the three new Star Wars movies so far.

Alex Matkovic

Jenny, I am about three chapters into writing a General Hux and Kylo Ren fanfic if you have any interest in reading that!

Alex Matkovic

I spent a lot of my childhood and some of my teenage years reading (and rereading and rereading) all of the Star Wars EU books, so I sympathize. I loved them at the time, but I'm sure the vast majority don't hold up and it's been more than a decade since I bought one. Still, I remember that my favorites were by Matthew Stover; I ended up searching out and reading his other two series (Barra the Pict and The Acts of Caine). Did you read any of his?

Daniel Anderson

i like the idea of doing a lot of book stuff. you dont see a lot of interesting book content on youtube which is too bad

Summer Eldridge

I think there’s some interesting similarity between Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 and TLJ. Both were sure-things, in the sense that they’d make a billion dollars; and in both cases the directors, the studio (how is it that Disney keeps getting these things right?) and everyone involved used that opportunity to take a risk and tell compelling character- and theme-driven stories. Both are examples of why the tentpole franchise system thing that’s taking over Hollywood doesn’t have to be all bad.

Zach Simonson

Liked TLJ, I think people being whiny about their fan theories not being true is weird and lame. Also, I don't think you need a separate channel for book reviews, etc. Just space out when those things hit. If they are faster to shoot, you could go ahead and have some pre-recorded when the idea is fresh, and post them when things get slow or you are sick or busy on other projects.

J. Allen

I'm younger than Jenny is but I thoroughly enjoyed Ready Player One. But for me it was despite the references, not because of it. I guess it's just personality too. The plot was kind of silly, so guilty pleasures is fitting here.

Zsofi Szabo

If Millennium Falcon won't be back. Will you make a show format episodes? Similar to the millennial Falcon rare pairs episode. It wouldn't have to be just Star Wars

Nick Steffensmeier

Returns and new paragraphs do not work on the Android app. It works on the desktop site though. So when on the mobile Android app there are no paragraphs of any sort. I find it very annoying

Nick Steffensmeier

I know a gal who reads 24/7 so i trust her review. I asked her about Ready Player One and she told me it was awful. So I'm not even sure I'll watch the movie now.

My Star Wars rankings: Great: 5, 8, 4 Good: 6, 7 Bad: 3, 2, 1 Awful: 3.9

Jason Gilbert

Promotional item at Target. She made a great vid about getting it called PorgMp4. The patreon version is a little longer, and better imo.

William Eric Wolff

Since you talked about how you wish you would have got the raw footage from Screen Junkies from that Millennial Falcon episode...are you willing/able to talk about if you are still working with them in any way? Will Millennial Falcon be back or are there plans for you to do something else with them?

Eric MacMillan

Not one their better Bests. Jack Packard did like the film, though. A pity he doesn’t appear on HitB. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ctMyMF6frs&feature=youtu.be" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ctMyMF6frs&feature=youtu.be</a>

Stuart Payne

I'd really like to see more bad fiction videos. And, having spent the last month with terrible Christmas romance movies, more on Netflix garbage would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for all the videos, and I will now get on with today's business of watching Rodeo and Juliet.

Carl M

I really loved TLJ, more even than I liked TFA. What else could one want out of a Star Wars movie: space dogfights, fun and endearing characters, lightsaber battles, weird aliens, cantina fun, epic battles, etc. etc. etc. My second favorite movie out of everything I had seen in 2017.

Devin Holmgren

I've not read the book, so I have no opinion on that.

Brandon Blackmoor

The movie might not end up as good. I don't know. The trailer looked okay to me, but I am hesitant on if it will be good like the book was.

Richard P Sheldon

I was a teenager in the 1980s. We saw the trailer for "Enter Player One" at the theater, and I whispered to my wife, "That looks like the dumbest thing I've ever seen."

Brandon Blackmoor

My thoughts in no particular order... 1) There are Barbie movies? 2) I love Tinkerbell in Peter Pan. She's no saccharine sweetheart -- she straight up tries to get Wendy killed. 3) Who is Raylow? 4) I Loved "The Force Awakens". I disliked "Rogue One", and I disliked "The Last Jedi" almost as much. I didn't *hate* it, but I did not like it. It's a bad movie. Why? The short version is this -- "The Force Awakens" was entertaining because Rey and Finn have great chemistry and they have fun and they go on adventures and we like them. We get literally none of that in "The Last Jedi". There is no chemistry, because they are never in any of the same scenes. There is no fun, because everything anyone tries in the movies fails, utterly. Many of the criticisms Jenny made about "Rogue One" (and her criticism of that is brilliant) apply to "The Last Jedi". If you want a longer version of my review of "The Last Jedi", you can read it here: <a href="https://www.blackgate.net/blog/star-wars-the-lost-jedi/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.blackgate.net/blog/star-wars-the-lost-jedi/</a> 5) Finally, I don't mind the book review thing once in a while, but I wouldn't want it to eclipse the movie stuff. Happy new year!

Brandon Blackmoor

... I just learned that hitting the enter key here posts instead of starts a new line. Anyway, lightsabers? What are you gonna do? Will there be props? I loved The Last Jedi. I've seen it twice and each time was so different it was like watching two different films, both of which I enjoyed immensely. But then... I also liked Rogue One, so does that mean I'm a broken human being? Rogue One was nostaglically good where Last Jedi was paradigmatically good (if that makes sense). Rogue One was like shitty microwave pizza that reminds you of being a little kid again but is objectively bad pizza with no redeeming nutritional content, and The Last Jedi is like award-winning wood-fired restaurant pizza that polarizes people because it doesn't have the right kind of cheese on it.

Dan Cole

I think I said this ages ago, but I'll repeat it here: you're one of the only content creators out there where I'll drop whatever I'm doing just to watch, so... all of your upcoming ideas (book readings, Last Jedi, lightsabers, etc.) sound awesome.

Dan Cole

So what you're saying is that Jenny's going to... talk about eye candy?

Stuart Payne

It could have been different and still very good but I loved Kylo going nuts and demanding they kill him and then Luke appearing unharmed. And even if he hadn't drowned his X-Wing (which I thought was a nice mirror image of Empire) it was part of the plot that he hadn't gone anywhere in decades so it would have been tricky to find a way to make it flight-worthy anyway without it seeming contrived.

Stuart Payne

I really liked The Last Jedi. It's not perfect, but I'm glade it took chances and that it took the story outside of the OT mold. As for your book reviews, I've really enjoyed them. They even got me to search for, then read, Still Stuck on An Island with Josh Hutcherson, or at least the few chapters she uploaded before she abandoned the project. Speaking of which, will Baily ever do the last chapter of the Forbidden Game? Some of us need closure!

Andrew Zimmer

TLJ is the first polarizing movie I've seen where everyone in my sphere of opinions isn't in agreement, which is interesting. I came home waiting for you to eviscerate it and was surprised when you were hugely supportive. (Luckily I had the pony reboot video on backlog, which cheered me right back up). I thought it was a well executed movie with some fun parts, especially the opening. But I felt it was absolutely too long, and the longer it went on the more I didn't like what happened. Canto bight and Poe's story on the Rebel ship both fell flat for me, despite solid acting from all involved. I just didn't find what they were doing logical or interesting. Kylo, Rey and Luke's story was pretty good up until they killed Snoke and Kylo went back to the dark side. I would have been okay with a lot of other directions including Rey joining Kylo, or Snoke being a better villain or really anything. I just feel like now Kylo is in the driver's seat and it is a lot like Starscream leading the Decepticons. Kylo's #1 skill so far is sneakily murdering people who trust him, which isn't great for a leader. I have a lot more complaints, but they are the kinds of little things that could have been balanced out by the good stuff, of which there is a fair amount. But I think since I don't like the story direction, they stand out more and make this one not interesting for me. And for reference, I thought Rogue One was dumb too :)

Jeffrey Lyons

Well "his x-wing was drowned" and "he got shot with giant space guns" are both things they could address in the script. Kylo could have made the choice to come down and face him without shooting first (it's no less of a rational decision). Fighting Kylo to a standstill at his age would be no greater of a Force accomplishment than doing the same via astral projection from half a galaxy away. I think the real reason is it would have been close to what Obi-Wan did in ANH and they felt like they had to mix it up. You know, like the "it's not snow, it's salt! It's totally different!" thing.

Jason Pargin

I liked 'The Last Jedi' quite a bit. It had story structure and pacing issues, but they were minor for me. I thought what Rian Johnson gave us was great! It was a departure in so many ways from previous Star Wars, yet still held that true spirit of the universe. I think time will judge this film differently, much in the way 'Empire Strikes Back' is looked at now. When Empire came out, I remember hearing a lot of the same type comments from people. I was 8 at the time, so I was really unsure why it was that way even then. All I cared about at 8 was another Star Wars movie.

Richard P Sheldon

Your videos about terrible self-published fiction and fanfiction are probably my favorite on this channel, please please keep making them. You tweeting about that awful Jeff the Killer vanity published book got my friends and I to buy a copy and have one of the best nights ever going through it all. Also I liked TLJ, it had problems with pacing but I like the new characters, and I think the film shines there.

Chris D.

Everyone has a right to like or dislike something, so if you don't like Ready Player One, then you don't. I wonder if this is your age though? My generation spent our pop culture childhood in the '80s and that book really speaks to our nostalgia. I like the adventure and the pop culture references, and this book was good to me. It is also fun to listen to the audio of the book read by Wil Wheaton, if you get a chance, I recommend it. I might also be impartial since I worked with the author prior to his writing days. As a Star Wars fan, I wonder what you think of his movie 'Fanboys'. Anyways, thanks for your videos Jenny! Have a good day!

Richard P Sheldon

RE: Ready Player One Agreed. Thought if you're an audio-book person, the Wil Wheaton audiobook makes it enjoyable. I couldn't read the book-book, but I found myself waiting in my car to finish chapters when Wil reads it!

Sky Norman

I like the book reviews as part of the main channel. I appreciate your videos about movies because I’ve seen most of them, but I have never been involved in the FanFic scene at all so I appreciate the view into that world. I really enjoyed TLJ. It’s certainly not perfect but I look at it like the anti-prequels: Prequels- Bad overall story with bad dialogue and acting, but some really cool little moments here and there. TLJ: Great overall story with great performances and dialogue, but there’s some very questionable moments sprinkled throughout.

Ready Player One is horrible, one of the cringiest books I ever read, and I have no idea why Spielberg picked it up. I look forward to a solid bashing.

Hope is like the sun. If you only believe in it when you can see it...

Dan Cole

I thought it was just because he wasn't actually strong enough to take on Kylo (not to mention a load of giant space guns) so he came up with a plan to fuck with him in the most effective way possible.

QuailMan420

Too bad according to the new Official Terms and Regulations that was the maximum number of times it was allowed to be on polls, its last chance, and now it can never be on a poll again

Jenny Nicholson

I'm 100% with you on the Tinkerbell movies, they are sick.

QuailMan420

I don't like to think that I lost the poll, just that won second place. There's nothing embarrassing about a silver medal! ... cold, common, shameful silver...

Dan Cole

Oh, is that where Padme's demand about pizza came from? Winx came on the TV while I was looking after my niece. It was trippy. That and Mighty Magiswords. For myself, maybe the Star Wars cash-in The Black Hole. I know it's rubbish but when I was young I loved the robots and the realisation that the weird creatures were humans. It seemed sombre and eerie. And the Smurfs (not the recent films). I know most of it's not very good but I love the idea of a little magical village in the Walloon hills. And some have tried to convince me that Mamma Mia is a guilty pleasure but I feel no shame. PS. You might enjoy Robin Ince's Bad Book Club: <a href="https://www.amazon.co.uk/Robin-Inces-Bad-Book-Club/dp/075154213X" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.amazon.co.uk/Robin-Inces-Bad-Book-Club/dp/075154213X</a>

Stuart Payne

I started watching your videos for the Star Wars but I will continue watching for the bad self-published books videos! I find them fascinating. Trapped In A Island with Josh Hutcherson is a beautiful masterpiece of bad fiction. Also, I had mixed feelings my first viewing of TLJ but I think that was because my mind was blown and have seen it 3 times now and I like it a lot! :D

Mitchell Bowker

I definitely put it in the top three along with the original and Empire, followed by the Return of the Jedi and the Force Awakens. Then Rogue One, I suppose, and the Revenge of the Sith and those are all the films there are. Edit: When I say top three I mean it might be my favourite, not that's it's my third favourite. Although at least for sentimental reasons I might still go for Empire. That was the first I saw and I had the comic which I read and re-read and re-read. I still have it, held together with sticky tape and hope.

Stuart Payne

He was half a galaxy away, I think, and he'd drowned his X-Wing. But it would also have been anti-climactic if he'd just decided he'd been mistaken through all his years as a hermit. He couldn’t have killed Kylo without creating problems for part three, but also for his own story where he was trying to move beyond the fight between light and dark, where his defeat of the Emperor and Darth Vader had allowed the rise of Snoke and Kylo Ren. He could have fought Kylo to a standstill while the others escaped and then let himself be ‘killed’ by him but then people would have complained it was just a re-tread of the Vader-Kenobi fight. I suppose he could have held Kylo off and then somehow escaped but instead we had him resolving his doubts and peacefully defeating Kylo's aims while rising to greater heights as a Jedi. Which was about 20% cooler.

Stuart Payne

Do we use this comment section or the one on the YouTube video? I'm not a huge SW fan, but I really liked TLJ. I saw it at a midnight screening and came out pretty satisfied. I was sort of confused when it received backlash. I guess if I was a bigger fan I'd feel stronger about it, but as just a general person I recommended it to everyone that asked.

Daniel Staniforth

I liked RP1 (the actual writing was ropey and some sections were harder to get through than others) but I think that my age is in the range that is the target audience. That nostalgia £$¥ I loved TLJ!

Fuck Off Patreon

So cool to see you shout out Lindsey Ellis! She's one of the other few creators that I financially support.

PogieJoe

I enjoyed TLJ, it has some of the best character development of any of the Star Wars films. The way Rey and Kylo play off each other is great. Luke's arc fits his character, he's always been overly emotional and burdens himself unnecessarily. The light saber battle is the best we've seen. And, some of the cinematography is gorgeous. However, it has some pacing issues. The chase scene is boring. I've watched the movie twice and I think, "So, this is like Fury Road if there was never really any threat of the bad guys catching up unless they ran out of gas?" Blowing up the hangar early was a big mistake. We should've had fighters protecting the cruisers, because there really didn't seem to be any good reason for the TIE fighters to retreat. Plus, it would've actually given Poe something to do. The space battles in this movie are very meh. I don't mind the casino planet. It's a bit preachy and not as strong as most of the movie, but it probably would've been fine with tighter editing. In fact, the movie has many scenes that slow down the pacing and add very little to the story. With Ready Player One, I don't think I'd have made it through it had it not been an audio book. There are some interesting ideas in the book, but it's a bit like reading an "I Love the '80s" VH1 show. The movie looks interesting, but I'm not sure it'll offer much beyond some eye-candy.

VaultBoy

Loved TLJ. Even a lot of the "more reasonable" criticisms of it tend to bother me. I only watched the first couple minutes of RLM's review (but still had to endure a never-ending bit about "subverting expectations" in Best of the Worst). If I could change two things, 1) Don't taste the ground of a planet you've never been to 2) Luke should've had his green lightsaber at the end So I guess what I'm saying is I love the whole movie, except the entire Crait sequence, which I hate

matt

Oh my god! I'm so happy you know what Winx Club is. I had to watch so much of it when I worked at Amazon, in their streaming video department. It's delightfully bad.

Sam Cohn

Oh hey, I have an incredibly stupid Porg theory you might enjoy. Last Jedi spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen it. Porgs are little balls of blubber with massive forward facing eyes and tiny little stubby wings. While the body might just be fluffy feathers they look too greased down to be that, but I suppose it's possible and they're really actually skinny. But still - huge forward facing eyes and tiny little stubby wings. Birds have eyes on the side of their heads and relatively large wings. Porgs live on a Jedi island. Their wings aren't big enough to let them fly. Ipso Facto the Porgs are a race of Force users and they've Nibblered their way off of the island and are going to restore the Jedi Order. You know it's true because I said Ipso Facto, so it's all facts now. Oh, and that one fire roasted Porg was not strong in the Force. Or made a sacrifice for the greater good. Or something.

Joe Bloe

Lightsabers (whatever that is) as a video sound interesting. Also, the book videos are always great. I also really enjoyed the millennial Falcon rare pairs episode.

Nick Steffensmeier

I liked The Last Jedi but not as much as I liked The Force Awakens but also WAY more than Rogue One which was dumb as hell. I overall found it enjoyable and was really surprised at the backlash it’s getting. I figured it would be at about the same level as TFA got but this feels way worse.

Peter Marez

Oh and it's not clear to me why Luke couldn't have actually been present at the final battle - there's clearly some logistical or symbolic reason they did it that way but I've been unable to figure out what it is.

Jason Pargin

This stands out because the rest of the movie was pretty good, but the whole casino planet sidequest should have been cut at the script stage. I think they either decided Finn didn't have enough to do, or that there wasn't enough variety in locations, or something, so tried to come up with another planet to go to. It makes no sense from a storytelling perspective (them just being able to leave the ship freely in mid-pursuit robs the whole sequence of tension, then the protagonists don't actually do anything to achieve their goal, they just stumble into it repeatedly). Having the whole thing end with Phasma proving herself to be a pointless character was kind of the cherry on top. My only other big complaint is the movie is really crowded - they're trying to get screen time to half a dozen OT characters, plus the new ones - Poe spends much of the movie just shouting totally unnecessary instructions at people ("Run!") just to remind us he's still in the movie. Surprised they didn't kill off more cast members, for that reason.

Jason Pargin

Jack's very positive on you, but no one else to my knowledge has so much as mentioned you on camera, so...hope? And yeah, Mike and Jay loudly voiced their hatred of cons years ago. Oh well. Thanks for responding.

Zapp Rowsdower

I loved The Last Jedi to the point that it’s probably my new favorite of the franchise. It added some welcome depth, tension, and genuine stakes that The Force Awakens (which I still really liked) was admittedly missing, while also still coming across as proud to be a fun, goofy, and pulpy Star Wars movie when it needed to be. It showed that any nobody could make an impact on the galaxy; even Snoke was just some jerk who wanted to take advantage of the legendary Skywalker bloodline, and even still Luke, a Skywalker himself, was a broken human being with a ton of insecurities who couldn’t live up to his own legend every moment of his life. Pageturner it was. Oh and I hated Rogue One, just for reference.

Brian Koch

I do think it's funny when I collab with other people and see on Reddit like "why did she collab with them and not RLM?" Like homes this is not my call

Jenny Nicholson

I thought TLJ was awesome. When I got home after seeing it and watched your video and saw that you thought it was great too, there was a few hours where my mind was totally at peace and I thought the Star Wars franchise was unequivocally redeemed forever. And then I woke up the next morning and that dream was shattered, but I'll always have the memory of that ~8 hour stretch when it was still alive.

RLM is peripherally aware of me and I believe dislike me haha, which is fine, I've watched them for a while and it would be cool to meet them at a con or something but I think cons are kind of the exact antithesis of what they like and do. So. There are dreams that cannot be, etc

Jenny Nicholson

I initially thought everybody who disliked TFA would like TLJ but BOY was I wrong, I talk about that a little in the upcoming video

Jenny Nicholson

Yes, Rainbow Magicland! I've wanted to go for years. They have cheesy dance shows with all the characters too

Jenny Nicholson

The problem with Ready Player One is that it's incredibly unsubtle nostalgia porn and not much else.

Joe Bloe

Ayyy first new patreon vid for me! Definitely already binged the others though, and am excited to be supporting!

Daniel Stephan

Ready Player One is great world building with terrible plot & character work. Also, Tye Sheridan is super nice, so I hope the movie doesn't suck...

AndyofCT

OMG! There is a Winx Club dark ride that we rode at this park in Italy. I never uploaded the footage but I will have to go back and find it!

Theme Park Review

Thanks Jenny!

Bill Holt

I also liked The Last Jedi, and the problems I had were in the inconsistencies of the technology of the world (you can break the rules, you just have to have a reason), not with any of the characters or story.

Fun Kilo @imkilo

I liked The Last Jedi. But I'm not a big Star Wars fan. The originals were OK, the prequels were terrible, Rebel One was terrible and The JJ Awakens was OK.

Joe Bloe

obligatory "Please collab with RLM" comment. audience crossover must be immense. (Edit: removed call for likes)

Zapp Rowsdower

A nice surprise to start my day. I disliked The Force Awakens but really enjoyed The Last Jedi, not sure how many people fall into that group.
