New video: Tomorrowland

I recently subscribed to STARZ (for Black Sails) and there in the 'Featured' panel was TomorrowLand. "Could it have been as disappointing as I remember?" I asked myself. "Maybe it was pretty good and I was just expecting too much at the time." Nope...it was bad. AND a let down. And then, not three days later, I chance across your YouTube video. "It's like she is saying all the things I was feeling!" Seriously, awesome job. And so many more great videos. Keep it up.

Love the new video. I too was really disappointed in Tomorrowland and Brad Bird never usually disappoints but I walked out of the movie really really down which never usually happen to the Disney movie. As a side note what is your favorite Park ride. Mine is the Haunted Mansion at Walt Disney World although I really want to go to Paris and see there version

Dude, I agree about the mis-casting of the Casey actress... and you hit the nail on the head with the first ten minutes being A Different Movie. It's so jarring... I enjoyed watching the movie, and I enjoyed the movie's lofty goals... but agree that the execution was overall a mess. Also PREACH about the pirates phenomenon.

That's true, the plot was never much. I've never seen Avatar, but it definitely seems the same way. Also, YES!!! I've seen a few ride-throughs, and the Light-Cycle Power Run looks so fun!

I also enjoyed the video and was thinking "Why has this person not put a new videos out yet?" I just joined the Patreon so I can do the whole support thing. I'm playing catch up right now. Really like the editing you do. It often drives home a joke or point that was being made. Just finished watching two ramble videos and they were really cool. Since you can hand down your hours to other people there is the side benefit to helping your co workers to get more hours. It is like a win win. Anyway, fan of your work and look forward to future videos. Really enjoying your insights on movies and what not.

I like it a lot too! But I'd never call it a "good movie." I said in the youtube comments that Tron, like Avatar, is basically just an aesthetic movie with a pretty paper-thin plot. I really want to go on that light cycle ride in Shanghai

Another great video!! Although I still have a soft spot for it, I agree with your reasons about the movie, and your experience at theme parks and rides helps to make some of these points more interesting. My only disagreement was about Tron: Legacy. I really like that movie.
