v0.37.1 Game Status

Evening fans, here with our second monthly update! This release we have a few items to go over.

First up, we have Switch's first romance scene! Switch is rather unique among Specialists - as a newly christened shapeshifter, Switch has two forms they're willing to share with their Overseer companion. This comes in the form of an additional scene variant for this release's encounter, and likely will for their future scenes as well. Picking a form in one scene won't lock you out of the options for the others, Switch is willing to be flexible. :)

We also have a new Hellfire CG set this month, which was in-progress before the art slowdown I talked about a few weeks ago kicked in. I'll be picking back up with the commissions next month, but it may be a release or two before they get back to their usual pace. And in Mission functionality, Overseer portraits will now update to match your selections and the encounter scenarios! There were a lot of encounters and encounter branches to go through, so if anyone runs into a situation where the portrait doesn't seem to match up correctly, feel free to file a bug report.

Mission Content:

• Overseer's 'Walking Portrait' will now match the race/gender selection made during mission setup.
• Overseer's portrait during encounters will change to match the encounter description when shapeshifting into a generic citizen.

Scene Content:

• Specialist Switch Romance Scene 1 added.

Art Content:

• Hellfire 'Double Fun' CG, Male Hellfire variants added to scene and gallery (6 variants).

Known Issues:

• TTS dialogue cannot be interrupted once begun. May have issues if triggered on multiple screens at once. TTS support is 64-bit Windows only.
• WebGL Issues: Be warned that save game data in WebGL mode is less permanent than PC standalone. May also be more prone to memory and other issues.
