v0.26.0 Game Status
Added 2019-02-16 01:26:14 +0000 UTCEvening players! Time for the first update of the month, and this time around it's primarily an art-focused update. We have a new background, as previewed above, the first of the Specialist Hangouts (perhaps you can guess which one). We also have a Director-Overseer scene with nine different gender/ethnicity variants, and the last of the Specialist codex entries.
As I mentioned previously, losing a weekend at the start of the month did set back my schedule code-wise. I'm nearly done with transferring the secondary GUIs to the new setup, but I didn't feel confident pushing that into this release so none of that code is currently active yet. I'll probably be finishing that up this weekend so that I can give it some good testing before the next release, before moving on to a Hellfire or other scene for the month. Known Issues:
- TTS dialogue cannot be interrupted once begun. May have issues if triggered on multiple screens at once. TTS support is 64-bit Windows only.
- WebGL Issues: Be warned that save game data in WebGL mode is less permanent than PC standalone. May also be more prone to memory and other issues.
