v0.21.1 Game Status

There's not so much to discuss tonight compared to v0.21.0, between cycles working out that way and me not having a week off from the day job this time. Still, we've got another Director portrait crossed off the list, as well as another set of Specialist flirts - both in the Vox Propagandist category.
Lencist and Vessian director portraits are currently in progress, with the Celopi not far behind. I'll be talking more about our October schedule on Monday, which is also the planned date for our next public version release. Our Overseers also have about two days left to vote in the monthly encounter poll, so get those votes in! Links to follow, patch notes below:

Known Issues:
- TTS dialogue cannot be interrupted once begun. May have issues if triggered on multiple screens at once. TTS support is 64-bit Windows only.
- WebGL Issues: Be warned that save game data in WebGL mode is less permanent than PC standalone. May also be more prone to memory and other issues.
