v0.18.0 Game Status
Added 2018-06-16 00:10:54 +0000 UTCEvening fans, time again for another Carnal Coup update! When reading over the following patch notes, you may feel there's fewer bullet points than usual. This is not because I've been doing any less work, but rather because I've decided not to replace the current game intro with a revamp that's currently still less than half done, since that would probably be more confusing than not. I will be updating the introduction in the next release, since by then it should be mostly if not entirely finished up.
In the meantime, we do have some nice new arts for you from artists Suki and TDK! We're now short only the Roth males before all of the Expedition races have had their visual designs completed, although we should really do the Figura themselves at some point... I'll also remind folks that there's 3 days left in the development poll to determine next month's focus (and quite possibly longer), so swing on down to that if you're a patron! Bug Fixes:
- Added missing player gender text switch in Citizen Seduction - Partner Leads scene.
Known Issues:
- TTS dialogue cannot be interrupted once begun. May have issues if triggered on multiple screens at once. TTS support is 64-bit Windows only.
- WebGL Issues: Be warned that save game data in WebGL mode is less permanent than PC standalone. May also be more prone to memory and other issues.
