celeste's introduction outfit!

The dark blue fabric with light blue designs is inspired by a Nigerian cloth called "adire," pictured in the photo. The practice involves drawing the patterns on with a solvent such as wax that resists the indigo dye the fabric is later submerged in. The results are light drawings against dark blue cloth! It's so beautiful and I'm definitely going to give Celeste and the castle a lot of items inspired by this practice.
