New Song Idea [Just a rough MIDI Piano outline for now]
Added 2019-03-13 10:10:58 +0000 UTCI'm trying to fuse so many things into this rival theme. It'll either work out amazingly or be a complete mess. I'm trying to incorporate the jazzy style I've been doing with my style from my "acoustic metal" video way back. So..acoustic guitars. I'm also trying to work in some of my ambient/synth stuff I've been doing lately (mainly for that weird time signature bridge. I didn't plane for the time sig to be like that, but we're 11/8 bois now). Some of the piano will be in the final song (if the song doesn't end up being terrible), but you can expect some leads, guitars, drums, and some of the piano parts will be converted to synths. Also strings. Those are also planned. I have the idea in my head to somehow make this all work. Welp.
The "rival" is a hero with a bad past and now has no purpose. Sounds very trope-y when I put it like that, but I promise there's more to it. Trying to make the song as erratic as them. They're not incredibly serious (until stuff gets real). More silly and apathetic. etc etc. Listen to the dumb piano.
