Plans for this week and next
Added 2018-08-16 08:30:49 +0000 UTCSo to make this quick for all the newcomers, this has been an incredibly busy month (there are currently 9 people staying here, which has been making it slightly more difficult to do music work). They will be leaving soon though, so expect regular updates afterwards!
But with that being said, I have some incredibly exciting stuff on the way! The musician's block seems to have gone away, because I'm really having fun with these new tracks. Here are some videos coming in the future:
"How To: Make a JRPG Dungeon Theme" - Done in my own style, but if I had to compare it to another game, I'd say it starts off sounding like an Octopath Traveler track but then quickly goes into some Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door territory.Weird and trippy, just the way I like it. This video is planned for this saturday. Free download will be coming as soon as it's finished.
"How To: Make a JRPG Boss Battle Theme (Round 2)" - Title pending. It might even be "How To Make a Sad JRPG Boss Theme" depending on how the mood comes out. This one has me extremely excited. The melodies are turning out pretty great so far. I have to remind myself not to rush this one (and also to send it to Sixteen In Mono for some top audio quality). This will come out either on August 25th or September 1st (A rock cover or song challenge will be uploaded next week if I can't manage the former date).
