This Week's Plans (+ Future Plans)
Added 2018-07-25 09:04:40 +0000 UTCThis week will be a song challenge! I've been meaning to return to this series and I think it's a great way to figure out and try new techniques. This one is a bit of a silly one, but the resulting song was very worth it in the end. The challenge was to "make a middle eastern metal song in BAGDAD tuning". It gave me the chance to try out a new scale and play around in...a very interesting tuning (to say the least). I hope you all enjoy it when it drops!
After that, there's a few things planned. Acoustic versions of my originals ("We're All Gonna be Stars" being first), Vocalist auditions, ....Songs with vocals, some compilation album stuff, more tabs, more How-To's (obviously), song challenges, ....funny music critique videos?, etc.
I will also be at Conbravo (a convention) for the weekend. Just chilling, going to events, and meeting some other musician fellows. Not really a necessary part of the update, but maybe I can vlog it a little and throw it on my second channel (if I feel like actually pulling my phone out).
