Milly Mae is very laid back, the copious amounts of concentrated toxic gas debris from her beard, mustache and hair has a almost marijuana affect on her, and is constantly non-sober. It's fine for Milly Mae to be this way, she's always loved to be at her own pace, traveling around with her message of a cleaner tomorrow, where-ever the wind-- and pollution-- may take her.
