Teresa wasn’t born with powers, but received her powers from a fallen star that fell to Earth. When she found the fallen star it formed into two rings, and a necklace granting her powers.
She can fly at super speed, fire off energy beams, and summon a energy shield that makes her immune to physical harm. Sadly her powers aren’t endless, and she can exhaust her powers if she isn’t careful.
Although her powers don’t grant her super strength, she can use her energy shield and hold something above it.
Teresa was one of the first teens that was scouted by C.H.A.R.G.E. and trained under Katt and Sentinel, where she learned to control her energy blasts better.
Teresa stayed with C.H.A.R.G.E. and became a recognized hero by the Canadian Government, and later also became a teacher to help others with powers just as Katt and Sentinel did for her.
