I've just uploaded Hack, Slash & Burn 2 to the bookfunnel website, and added all of your emails (people on tier 2 and above) for access.
To get your book, just log in to the BookFunnel app or my.bookfunnel.com using the email address you used to sign-up to my Patreon.
