I don't know which I would call my FAVORITE. Based on anime I enjoy and can pick out what I like about the visuals specifically, I suppose UFOtable and Trigger come to mind.

2025-09-27 18:25:25 +0000 UTCOn note of the fake world- Yes Mogami definitely stacked the deck against Mob, the whole point of it was that the people /were/ accurate to real life people, the parallel world was just as real a possibility for Mob, and is a reality for others. Sure as extreme a case may be rare, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen for anyone ever. THAT SAID, iirc there's actually a very tiny change from the manga, Mogami does admit that at the very last minute, the real life accurate version of the bully who attacks Mob and tells him to die, Mogami states like, he cheated and "forced" the bully to do that instead of running away like he would have really done?

Also if you rewatch the only time Reigen takes money for a job when he doesn’t deserve it is with the teenagers who wanted the photo. And even then they hired him didn’t pay him and then hired again and he didn’t do the job but got paid. But every other time he either doesn’t take the money or completes the job and gets paid for said job

They brought on legendary director and key animator Hakuyu Go (All Might vs. Nomu, Sukuna vs. Mahoraga) for this ep, and he CLEARLY did his thing with the movie level animation for a mid season episode. The fact that, just like Mappa with OPM S1, BONES were willing to put in 110% effort on this show and it’s able to easily attract incredible freelance talent, is a testament to how clearly inspiring and resonating ONE’s writing is, and nothing exemplifies that better than the next two episode IMO.
