Choso and Noritoshi (the guy with the arrows who fought Megumi before Hanami arrived a while ago) have the same technique (blood manipulation) but they use it in very different ways Choso is more creative and hands on, while Noritoshi is more controled with the arrows: which one do you think is more useful? Are clan traditions helpful in guiding users on how to use a technique or limiting their potential?
