Chopping along. Still a little rough on the plot flow, but I remain undeservedly confident that it will smooth over in the 2nd draft. Until then we move inexorably toward the big finish.

I loved it and I like where it goes. If I had one wish for this chapter is Greg asking the question he already knows the answer to which is after all these years if Maddock had to choose between Greg and Alice, Greg knows it's probably like the early days of him and Abby and he'd not get far. Some level of me wants Greg to ask if it were down to Greg or Alice who would Maddock choose and Maddock's response be to shrug his shoulders and remark "don't know boss that's a hard one" and just leave it hanging.
