The six eyes slows the user to understand the CT of anything it sees and gives them a better understanding of CE along with an amp to their power it slows the infinity to work because the user has to have a large understanding of CE to work well believe it or not if you don’t have the six eyes infinity is actually pretty much useless

Montana's observation about red being the longest wavelength of light is actually related to the naming scheme of Gojo's ability. Red is the longest wavelength of light, blue is the shortest, and purple is a mix and, therefore, in between. A good reminder of how his red and blue work, an object moving away from you would look closer to red because the wavelength is expanding. An object moving towards you looks closer to blue for the opposite reason. He also used math terms that might make it easier like divergence and convergence (he used these when fighting Jogo too) and here, called red the "divergence application of limitless" Red = divergence = away from something Blue = convergence = towards something I think its important to note he only has one technique, called "Limitless", while it's different moves/uses are named things like "red", "blue", "hollow purple", and "infinity"

The limitless is a technique that manipulates space The six eyes is a genetic feature or trait to the gojo clan that gives him enhanced information processing as well as a curse energy awareness and precision. When using his cursed technique the limitless with a neutral percentage he makes infinity the barrier around him that cannot be pierced. When he applies a negative cursed energy to the limitless it creates blue which rather than create an infinite void creates in fact negative space or otherwise imaginary space reality does not like negative space and so it struggles to fill that space with normal space around it kind of like a black hole. With the enhancements given to him via the six eyes he is able to use blue so precisely that rather than be a generic black hole he can actually move things in certain directions it's also how he's able to teleport. It's not really teleporting it's just being pulled along incredibly fast. The red he tried to do is an example of reverse curse technique so he's attempting to change the negative cursed energy into positive and by doing so would create an ability that repels instead of an ability that sucks in because it would be able to create real space as opposed to imaginary space. However the idea of reversing percent energy is not one that comes easy to gojo as we saw earlier in the episode he doesn't know how to heal people with kerst energy by reversing it the way that shoko does. We see in the first season that he eventually does learn to reverse curse energy to create red and then he can combine that with blue to make purple. Essentially reversing cursed energy is the one hurdle he has to go through.

The six eyes are tragically under explained as to what exactly they do. At least not so explicitly. But from my understanding (and please provide input) basically it let's him "read" cursed energy which is what allows him to use limitless because it requires such a fine tuning of CE. This also let's him "read" other people's cursed techniques which is why he often knows when people are there before he sees them. I think of it sort of like neo seeing the matrix, he can see the flow and bends of CE in the world and then manipulate them as he needs.

(My bad for the removed comment I was trying to understand how Patreon's comment section works) This is spoiler-free Just a little information because Gojo's Six Eyes are never completely explained: Gojo's Six Eyes give him incredible vision. He can see things with extreme clarity, almost like looking at stuff on a molecular level. His vision extends for several kilometers, letting him see details from really far away. What's unique is that he can also see the flow of cursed energy, which helps him understand how other sorcerers' cursed technique work. In his family, some have powers like the Limitless, but not the Six Eyes, which makes the Limitless less powerful. Unlike the Limitless, which can be turned off, the Six Eyes are always on and use a lot of energy. That's why Gojo used to wear pitch-black glasses when he was younger and now wears a blindfold. It's hasn't been clearly explained what he sees through them, but it's probably things with cursed energy, like people or buildings (that hold residuals of cursed energy). This gives him a big advantage in fights, knowing exactly what's going on around him.
