HSA-555: Letters

Hi all! Happy Smarch. Unintentionally wound up with two HSAs back to back, sort of. The Mind Deviancy bonus chapter separated them at least. Ruling out something horrible happening that prevents me from writing, I'm thinking of this as a bonus story for March, just before the regular ones if that makes sense.
It's a little odd for a few reasons. One, its letters written in first person which isn't my jam almost always. Second because usually an HSA story is about what happens when an artifact goes rogue, but this story is simply the story in the artifact itself. The result is the payoff winds up a little more description than action. Anyway, its a fun little diversion and helped me over a plot problem in an upcoming Libido Virus entry. Happy reading!

Thanks for the perspective. Again if it helps, I'm of the 'wrong' opinion that I would like simple one page scenes if they happen to help bridge the gap or fill in the story between chapters. Using Lust's Price as the example if there was a one page that revealed more of Greg's reaction to seeing Emily home from the mall with Amy or the aforementioned first orgy with Becky as great half chapters. It seems they can be stand alone stories or collections. Unless wanting to repub the ebook compilations I don't see a need for them to be worked in. There are a couple of mid-chapter moments where it would be nice to see them worked into the chapter especially the next Lust chapter where I'd want either a tack on with Carla and the Mayor or more of that final scene fleshed out as Carla creates her first demon. But again that is just my free advice so take it for what it's worth. It just seems with a few of the older or longer stories that I could see improving or being added to in simples ways. There is also a desire for a couple to have a sometime in the future look at life but Little Red Pill has been one that I would love a follow up or sequel series on post containment. I look forward to that new demon story especially if it full of corrupting goodness and depravity.

Longer answer: Smaller inserts where I can take established characters and reposition them for more fun/exploration is an easy way to be creative without the onus of building out a whole new world first. Writing it down like that makes it seem fairly obvious I should do it more often. One of my hesitations on doing stuff like that was in the actual delivery of it, like whether to just put it out on its own or recompile it in to the full version. But, that was just me being weird about format because I don't think anyone cares other than me. (lol) I literally glare at Collared every time I see its folder in my writing program. I tried once already to fix it and got aggravated anew at how it frustrated me the first time around. Need to put that aside and deal with it. The addendum to New Boss gave me some perspective change that will probably help. I'd need to get back in the weeds on Lust's Price, but I can see a scene play out like you're describing. There's a sum up section at the start of 6 or 7 where Greg sort of accounts for all the newly demonic which I read the other day that made me think 'this section worked as a quick refresher when all these came out weeks/months apart, but now its sort of retread'. I'm working my way up to a new full demon oriented story, and a 6.5 Lust's Price chapter could be a good way to dip my toe. And in general, it's something I'm keeping in mind as I'm writing.

2022-03-03 21:48:57 +0000 UTCwith what I hope is the success of the bonus chapter/ending of the Mind Deviancy story; have you put any thought into maybe adding to other stories in the archive like that? or tacking on endings to some of the dangling ones (aka Collared)? I know it is out of left field but reading Lust's Price again for the whatever time as you're releasing it onto LitErotica now, it might be the "wanting more" that was recently granted but I would sure love a scene that falls between chapter 6 and 7 where the harem gets introduced to Becky for the first time post transformation as the mention of the bliss by Greg just makes me want to witness the first orgy unfold. As always loving the content, and my deviant mind is always spinning ideas based on what I'm reading and what would be fun to witness from these worlds you're creating.
