Deku saying that she was beautiful is a call back to when All Might first mentioned her. He said something like "she was the most beautiful person I had ever seen, I wish you could have seen her" now because of the quirks advancement he got to see her.

If anything you hear could be Shinzo and anything you say can take you out completely, then you just can't ever say anything. Disrupting communications is a really valuable tool.
