I think it would be audio only content on YouTube. It's a "book club" effectively. So you SHOULD be coming into each episode having read the couple chapters they are covering. Patreon would have excerpts from the Manga for context. Perhaps show the page we are actively talking about. That's how I have seen content like that thrive in the past. Just an option tho.

What Im imagining in my head is they have an overhead camera and they flip through the pages. Itd be kinda like a read along. Also theres the issue with buying all every issue of every Manga. That Ads up, like video games, or any hobby.

I'm pretty sure some of their animators have unalived themselves in this calendar year, yet the engine of capitalism pushes them to have their largest year of production to date. Have you guys ever thought about doing a Manga podcast style show? Read a couple chapters and then review/react to them in chunks? That way you could support the mangaka without supporting MAPPA. 🤷🏾 just a thought.
