2024-04-12 16:57:57 +0000 UTCI think he's physically probably about on the level of an average human, but that doesn't erase the training and skills. He wouldn't be able to physically do anything approaching hero work, but his instincts and reaction time are still physical peak.

2024-04-11 18:37:52 +0000 UTCIt is very interesting because he kind of serves are a reverse of a lot of the hero commentary. Like he is a "villain" because the societal definition of villain but not because he is actually a villainous person. In the same way it is implied many heroes are just in it for the celebrity/job title and not because they are particularly heroic by nature. Plus it's nice worldbuilding to see a pair who fit the same "displaced by society" mold the LoV members fall into but reacting to it in a starkly different way

2024-04-11 18:00:28 +0000 UTCAnd tbf Gentle didn't even meet La Brava till after she turned 21 so all I can say is it's 2 consenting adults meeting and falling in love. And Gentle isn't like 50 something he's 32. It's 10 years and have seen way worse age gaps in Anime.

2024-04-11 17:51:25 +0000 UTCTwice and Toga have more of a Bother/Sister bond, if you notice whenever Twice blurts out sexual impulses towards Toga it's not actually him it's the Excited and Dirty Minded side of him. Actual Twice sees Toga as his Little Sister and has said that.

2024-04-11 16:27:14 +0000 UTClol no, I agree. For me Toga and Twice are a bit different, since Toga really doesn't care about Twice's affection. Like she doesn't even react to it at all. And Twice gives off a way different vibe than Gentle and La Brava. It feels like Twice is not "loving" Toga romantically, but more like is deeply happy about how she treats him as a person. Yes, there are some lines like "let's make out", but they are definitely more on the joke side. But maybe I am not remembering everything correctly, but we will definitely see more of their friendship in a later arc.

2024-04-11 14:50:40 +0000 UTCa thing to note is gentle criminal is a criminal but I don't class him as a villain. Villians are more so doing what they do for evil reasons, but gentle is more so doing it for fame and to strengthen the future.

2024-04-11 14:47:45 +0000 UTCIt was so weird to me, that Gentle and La Brava are an actual couple and not father - daughter or something. According to MHA wiki, she is 22, but obviously looks way way younger. It definitely left a weird impression on me.
