It shows us when he asked All Might outside his home in s2 about Deku and All Might gave a "I value all of my students" type of answer. It wasn't a super important detail on its own, but I do like that all of the stuff that Bakugo mentions about how he put this together is stuff we actually saw him experience on screen.

2024-01-21 08:43:45 +0000 UTCJust a quick clarification: You’ll find out in the later episodes with the special course for those who failed the exam, but Camie’s quirk is not stealth, or the ability to not be detected, it’s entirely different. That skill was just Toga’s personal ability, not a quirk, sort of like how Stain trained himself to be just excellent with swords and combat in order to complement what his actual quirk was.

2024-01-20 20:28:50 +0000 UTCso I can point this out now, in the opening if you watch at the beginning everyone seems to be jumping in the area for some reason except 2 both Bakugo and Todoroki. watching one of the other people on Youtube who analyzes the ops for anime pointed that out saying that everyone is happy that they got their license except for those two. Also just to add Toga as Camie mentions that the erasing her presences is training instead of a quirk implying that it isn't Camie's quirk.

Not being sensed when she snuck up on Deku was explained by her to him in the episode as just an extreme level of skill she has developed. That's why Deku tried to ask the hair guy about their special training, but it turned out it was Toga's personal skill and not anything from their school.

I always assumed it was exactly what Toga claimed, just something she's trained to do herself, except she learned it from her years of being a serial killer rather than something you learn in school. Like she said, she has never even come close to being caught in the act before.

Toga didn't use Camie's quirk (which is actually illusions if I'm remembering correctly, we meet the real Camie later) because at this point she doesn't know how to do that. But you are probably partially remembering a later scene where she has her quirk awakening.
