With learning about Todaroki’s relationship with his father and how was trained so hard and treated so differently than his siblings, do you think Endeavor loves him or is he just a means to an end?

Deku told Shoto that if he didn’t have the right to be number one if he’s not going to use his full power. But even if we take the competitive aspect out of that, and consider Shotos true potential as the negative effects of his powers counter each other, do you think it would be immoral of Shoto as a Hero not to use his left side?

During this fight we see Deku push his self-sacrificing tendencies to an extreme. And in the end, he sacrifices his chances to win in order to save Todoroki. Do you think Deku's selflessness is ultimately positive or potentially more unhealthy?

What are your thoughts on the background info we get into todorokis childhood? That despite the insane trauma he went through, he still wants to be a hero? And what do you think him finally accepting his FULL power could mean for him?

What do you think this episode try’s to tell us about identity? Especially the identity we get from our parents? Do you think Deku telling todoroki to accept the parts of himself (the other half of his quirk) he dosent like might help him in the future?

I don't think at this point we know that Bakugo is in the finals. may be considered a spoiler! (assuming Kenny is labeling the episodes correctly since they skipped the first one in the season)

Given that Todoroki has awakened his fire powers and up against Bakugo in the finally. How do you think the dynamic between Todoroki and Bakugo will go, given that Deku is all about save and Bakugo is all about fight?

Spooky_man

During this battle, Deku decides to try and "save" Todoroki by telling him "It's yours! Your quirk not his." instead of trying to win the match. We even hear Todoroki thank him before his finishing move. How do you think this shapes Deku as wanting to be a hero who saves people, and do you think his words were enough to help break Todoroki's shackles of being "Endeavour's masterpiece"?
