HOPpailigarchy - WIP

Basically, dress some OC(s) (These two are called Oppailigarch and Flatnarchist, just my old joke characters) in "Demon In Wonderland" H-game's HOP Church uniform, because reasons.
HOP standing for "Happy Oppai Press" Church gave me a good excuse to make flat jokes again, so the characters where fitting too.
