So last week I had to disappear for a bit to clear my head. I was facing some major burnout (again 🙃) and also some medical issues (which I've since realised is most likely stress related). This unfortunately meant I wasn't able to put out a Plucked Up yesterday, sorry!
I've started to feel better recently and I'm slowly getting back into the routine of things so I'm aiming to have a new Plucked Up for you this week!
