The Hunter 2 v0.21 Log #7

Hello everyone!

This post won't be very long. I'm going to show you a new character as well as something I find pretty neat.

Last time, I showed you a girl, so now I'm showing you a guy. A hobo (another one, yeah :x) This is the last one for now. I thought 3 guys was a good number to vary personalities and situations. Now it doesn't mean there will only be those 3 guys in the homeless area. But only those 3 will have a 3D model and a name (of course they'll be the ones you can end up with unique interactions.) Among the hobos I had the old man, the hairy fat dude so I needed the "handsome" guy. Well, you never look completely handsome when you're all dirty but he's much better looking than the other two :p His name is Conrad.

Now, the other thing I want to mention is quite peculiar. While browsing a certain forum for something that had NOTHING to do with it, I ended up discovering that the seller to whom I bought the animal genitals props had actually a mail address you could use to contact him and ask for stuff he doesn't sell. Why doesn't he sell that stuff? Because like me he's fucked due to the content 8D Even if they look realistic enough, I remind you that most of the penises I use for animals are based on "dildos". It's the only trick making those available for sale on a site. But what if you're actually crafting a real dog dick? Well, if you do things well, you have much more options than just the dick. So I contacted him, tested his stuff and ended up buying almost everything x)

I made this quick rendering so you could have a better idea of what I mean (sorry guys, I have to censor it as we're on Fanbox. Try to imagine that it's actually the tip of the dick peeking out as the sheath is properly opening around it.) Usually the penis is just a prop and I "stick" it to the original sheath of the 3D model. But here? The model has the sheath integrated. There are much more morphs to use than usually. I can decide how much the dick is inside/outside (with the sheath adjusting the opening depending on it), Make the shaft longer/shorter, I have a couple of preset shapes, I can pull the skin of the sheath back to have that small part after the knot appearing... Well, you understood the idea, it's just 100% better. And since it's the same guy than the one providing the dildos I was using, the materials are also cross-compatible so I can use is without having to recolor the already existing penises 8D It's reaaaaaaaaaally nice :D It won't change the world, but those are little details I'm actually craving for as it adds more realism to the renders :)

Anyway, that's all for today. We're still working on many elements for the release so I can't give an estimated deadline yet :/ To give you an example of why we're taking time, Hime had to start over the preloading script of the game as it wasn't working properly anymore (that wasn't planned.) She also changed the gallery look (that wasn't planned either.) And on my side, it means I had to search for a good look of the new thumbnails of the gallery. It's not taking ages, but there are many small things like that that quickly add up, delaying the release. But hey, if it's to make the game look better, I'm sure you won't mind ;)
