So... Who do think did a better job investigating Kira? L, Mello, or Near? And have you seen how this played out in the manga? Light's ending is a bit different.

There is an interesting story behind the second half of the series where the creators were given an anime while the story was still being published in a weekly Manga Magazine. They had been planning to end the series with the death of L but the Magazine editors heavily pushed them into continuing the story for another few months while the Anime aired so that the series wouldn't become forgotten. The creators of the series would later make another series where two young men get into the manga industry as an Artist/Author duo with one of the series big events is them arguing with the magazine about the right to end their series on their terms rather than forcefully continue it after ir got an Anime (sound familiar?) Knowing this story, Does it change your opinion on the second half of the story knowing the creators were essentially strongarmed into writing it?

2023-04-24 12:02:30 +0000 UTCI remember when I first watched Death Note I was rooting for Light to win and I hated the ending because of it but now that I've grown up and have rewatched it again, I'm a bit embarrassed that I rooted for Light till the end. Why do you think there were many people that wanted Light to win since the ending of Death Note had a mixed response with Light haters loving it and Light lovers hating it?

Do you think that people who believe in draconian punishments for crimes do it from a place of emotional thinking? And if they are making that decision based on emotions how do you think that compares with Lights cold and logical personality?

The other reactors i follow here use embed sites now i dunno how it works but they just post the videos no links or docs guess it just depends what peeps wanna do. If you bookmark the document and check it on X day and Y day he should update it :D

You need to scroll way the hell down on mobile to get to it for some reason. The recent DN28 Doc update post kenny posted has a link to the document containing all the episodes, along with the password for the video Sadly they had to do it this way as copyright kept messing with the vids

What is your message to those who rooted for Light till the end and what do you think about the conclusion of Death Note? Do you think this was a perfect ending or should there have been a sequel cause even though Light is Dead, death notes are still roaming around in the Shinigami realm and could possibly fall to earth again, and if that's the case this whole cycle will repeat again.
