Q: How do I access the folder?
A: Check your Patreon inbox for the link and log into Google using your Patreon email address. You will automatically have access if your Patreon email is linked to a Google account.
Q: What if my Patreon e-mail is not linked to my Google account?
A: Please send me a message on Patreon and provide your Patreon name and email address. You will still need to make a Google account to access the folders.
Q: My request for access got denied.
A: Make sure you are providing your correct account details. Your access will depend on the month that you pledged on. If I don't see you in my patron list for that specific month, I will not grant access.
Q: I'm a Main Course patron, but I don't have access to the Entrée folder.
A: No worries! Entrée files are all included in the Main Course and Dessert folder so you don't have to switch between folders.
Q: I'm a Main Course patron for January, but I switched to Entrée for February. Will I still get access to the Main Course January folder?
A: Yes, your access will depend on the highest tier you pledged in that month regardless of downgrades.
Q: Will I be able to access the monthly exclusive art in the folders when it expires?
A: You will have lifetime access to monthly exclusive artwork even after the feed access expires.
