Announcement | Dessert Tier 🍧

Hi everyone, I am so thrilled to finally announce that physical rewards are now available under a new tier! Here's everything you need to know.

Merch Bundle

Dessert patrons will have the same digital benefits as Main Course patrons and will be sent mail rewards every month bundled with the following:

• Custom merch that changes every month. Previous extra treats were pin-back badge, memopad, coaster, lanyard, fridge magnet, keychain, wallet, etc.
• Size: Varied
• Quantity: 1

➔ Loyalty Reward 🍑

• Patrons who've pledged for a total of six months in any tier (including the current month) will get a surprise art print! Pledges do not need to be consecutive.
• Material: Satin Photo Paper Waterproof 260GSM
• Size: up to 5"x7"
• Quantity: 1

Themes will mostly center around Tian Guan Ci Fu, but Loyalty Rewards and bonus inclusions may be from other related media.

Tier Pricing

Including digital rewards, the tier price covers shipping, postage surcharges, platform fees, packaging, and base production cost of all physical rewards. Merch goods are P4P. Any fortuitous profit made will be used to improve logistics and quality of subsequent merch.

This tier may increase in price depending on the merch inclusions. I will announce beforehand if this is the case so may cancel or downgrade your pledges accordingly.

Shipping Time

Mail will be dropped off on the last week of the month. Depending on your country of residence, estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks for Asia and 1-2 months (or more) outside Asia. Mail rewards will be sent via regular letter mail service so there will be no tracking numbers unless requested and will come from Makati, Philippines.

International mail may be subject to taxation and miscellaneous fees outlined by your country of residence and I do not have control over these charges.

Postal services are in a crisis right now and I will not have any control on how long it will arrive. This will depend entirely on your location and postal service status. Please take into consideration that post offices worldwide have limited staff due to COVID restrictions, so there will be delays.

Lost Mail

Please contact me via Patreon or email if you did not receive the letter after 90 days. If it bounces back I will have it delivered again.

I cannot take responsibility for letters lost or damaged by the postal services and couriers but I'll try my best to issue any means of compensation necessary. For heavily damaged art prints, please let me know immediately so I can resend.

Eligible Countries

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and unavailability of transport, some countries are not available for international mail acceptance. See list of eligible countries here.

Cancellation and Downgrading

You may cancel or downgrade your pledge anytime if you do not wish to remain subscribed to the Dessert tier. However, cancelling your pledge or downgrading now will not cancel the current month's order, but will only cancel your slot for the next month. If you wish to give up your slot completely, send a message so I may issue a refund.
