Who is the Empress? o.O

On the one hand, both Shao Kahn and Sindel were killed in MK9. Although after they were resurrected, at that time Mileena should be the Empress, but after they were both resurrected. I represent my alternative universe and in it Shao Kahn was killed again, and Sindel survived, but there is a problem who will remain the Empress and who will become the Queen / Princess. In principle, this will not really affect anything, it will just be easier for me to build dialogues in the plots of the scenes. Well, at the same time, this will allow me to preserve the lore throughout different plots. Outworld fully acknowledged Sindel's title and authority. People only tolerated Mileena out of respect for Shao Kahn. That's no way for a "Queen" to rule. Plus, Mileena was an idiot and easily manipulated by.....everyone. Mileena bae, but Empress is a title she is not worthy of.
