Fuk most Doctors, listen to your body, experiment with different foods, decide what agrees with us and stick to that?

I'll just say in response to these comments that not only is it generally a good idea to listen to the advice of your doctor, but also you risk the chance of subjecting yourself to further danger if you ignore your treatment plan. If you really disagree with your doctor, the best course of action is to seek the opinion of another doctor - or a second opinion - not to ignore the treatment plan. If you choose to not follow your doctor's treatment plan, you need to tell him/her that. Do not - under any circumstances - be dishonest with the physician about your health or your actions pertaining to the maintenance of your health; otherwise, he will not be able to treat you either optimally or, given false information, even correctly. Your health is as much in your hands as it is in your physician's.

Someday we`ll look at "Doctors" the same way we look at phrenology and insane asylums and go "boy, mankind sure was stupid back then."
