Frontier Monsters & More: Disufiroa

This months winner was Disufiroa from Monster Hunter Frontier! The disufiroa is a CR 26 monster and considered one of the strongest monsters in frontier from what I read. In lore and abilities, it is similar to alatreon, but seems to be more direct damage than blight afflicting elder dragon we fought in MHW. Now the big question, why is one of the strongest frontier monsters not a CR 30? That is because there is two versions of the disufiroa fight. One of them ends after phase 2 as it loses control of its ability to control its ice and freezes to death, which is the version of the stat block.
The other is when it overcomes that and enters a 3rd phase, which my kid would says "becomes straight chaos". There is so much going on in that final phase that eventually having a CR 30 of this monster makes perfect sense. It also gives the DM the opportunity to have this monster freeze, and then eventually break free as the true final boss in a campaign. After spending days on the version I present you today, I didn't have it in me to create the CR 30 version as well.
So instead, I will create a CR 30 shiten disufiroa in the future, but not through the polls, instead it will be created when we have some downtime in the patreon to do it.
