Early Access: Tempered Amatsu & Risen Shagaru (Foundry Update Tomorrow)

Hi Everyone, 

I planned on announcing a few different things today, but life catches up to you. Instead I am happy to bring you both a Tempered Amatsu stat block and the Risen Shagaru Stat block. 

The tempered amatsu is a CR 25 version of the original CR 17 amatsu. It had some slight tweaks to the original stat block in addition to adding in most of its lightning based attacks. Due to this it made sense to make it a mythic monster, gaining access to those lightning skills after it transitions into phase 2. I did have a skip out on 1 or two different actions due to space on the page (I already had to shrink it down pretty small to fit it in the first place), but I felt that other abilities already covered their area effects with roughly the same damage and traits. 

Risen Shagaru wasn't too difficult, but I also didn't want to buff up a creature that was already a CR 30 monster. Instead the damage output by Risen Shagaru is about the same as the tempered version, but Risen provides more mobility to it, which I think is super helpful. Overall I am happy with it as well.

The last thing I was hoping to announce today was an update and fix to the Foundry Module, but it is too late in the night for me to finish both the Helix Commission faction and get a foundry release out. So instead you can expect that tomorrow.

The foundry update will be in compendium form only from now on due to having to do double the work for both a world and compendium. Which is slightly pointless since you can just bring everything from the compendium into a new world anyways. 

The update will consist of all the new monsters, new factions, updated journal pages for some things, new weapon changes, updated to fix the links in the compendium so they actually work (This was broken when Foundry changed their journal setup a few months back and was brought to my attention last month) and more that I didn't write down.
