New Faction: The Talon Society (2 Backgrounds, 3 NPC Stat Blocks included)

Hi Everyone,

Here is this month new faction! The Talon Society was briefly mentioned when I first released my updated AGtMH. Now with my campaigns coming to an end I have put together a faction with two new (poacher) backgrounds, and three new NPC stat blocks for all of you to use. 

Like the Royal Scrivener's this faction was almost entirely made up using the very limited information about poachers in the monster hunter lore. Much of it was created based on my own thoughts and how I ran them in my own games.

My wife is also working on a new symbol for the Talon Society which is based off an idea that Heavy (one of my long time patrons) suggested forever ago. That is to use the Hunters Guild symbol, but remove the part that represents "respect nature". Honestly it is a genius idea. In the PDF you will find a unfinished version of the symbol (because I wanted to get this out before the end of the month) and I will update it once we have a completed version.

Who is the Talon Society?

The Talon Society is a secretive organization of poachers who are known to specialize in hunting rare and exotic creatures. They operate in the shadows, avoiding the authorities and conducting their illegal activities under the cover of darkness. They are motivated by profit and are willing to go to great lengths to secure valuable trophies, which can fetch high prices on the black market. They are skilled hunters and trackers, often employing traps and other means to capture their prey alive. The Talon members are notorious for their disregard of wildlife conservation and have been known to cause significant damage to the ecosystem. Despite the risks involved in their line of work, membership in the society is highly sought after, as it offers lucrative rewards and the chance to become one of the most successful poachers in the land.

I have done my best to remove repeated information as much as possible, but I have been staring at this text for so long its possible some of it isn't required. I hope at least a few of you might give some feedback on how it reads or suggest some potential changes to improve the wording. 

I may have one more to add next month that has been a running joke about hybrid monsters in the discord. While it might be a joke in the discord, there is the potential for a real faction that can add another layer of lore and intrigue to any campaign. The faction's name? The Helix Commission.
