HR3 Early Access: Neopteroid Race v0.5 & Jungle Location Stat Blocks + Neopteron Race

I was commissioned by one of my higher tier patrons to create a location stat block for the Jungle for all PC levels 1-20. In cases like this, I complete the request, but based on what I want it to be, using their input. Due to that, this stat block will be added to AGtMH in the future, but for now it is available to all HR3+ patrons to use in your own games, when your party heads to the jungle.
The same is true for the Neopteroid races. This race still has some work left to complete, in terms of descriptions and double checking, but as it stands. The flying neopteroid is a 31 on the detect balance scales (one of the higher rated races I have done), and the ground neopteroid is a 26 or 27 (if its used in a Monster Hunter Campaign). Both are within range of standard 5e races and completely usable. I'd love to hear any feedback on the race / subraces, so feel free to respond here or in the feedback channel of the discord and let me know what you think.
