Patron Request - Brumak from Gears of War

I am back today with another HR 4+ monster request. This request was for a stat block for the Brumak from gears of war. It is a monster that is probably more appropriate for a setting in the future or sci-fi setting, but it could be easily changed to use a auto feeding crossbows instead of chain guns, and a barrel that shoots fireballs from its back. Either way, this CR 16 creature would be a tough challenge for most while also requiring a bit of strategy to take down
