I've created a compilation video of all 6 episodes of Napoleon's Marshals - 3 hours of video, 23,000 words of script! You can watch it now on YouTube - it goes live later this afternoon. (Obviously there's no Patreon charge for compilation videos).

Thank you Hisham, that's great to hear. Last time I was in Paris I stumbled across Marshal Lannes' tomb in Montmartre Cemetery, he's right next to Edgar Degas! Thanks for your support!

2021-09-02 15:31:35 +0000 UTCToby, I wanted to say how much of an impact this series had on me. I’m a serving officer in the US and the Army is a bureaucracy now. It took your presentation of this period of history with its merit based valor and combat leadership to really inspire me and reignite my passion to my profession which I lost somewhere in the last 9 years. I just came back from a week long trip to Paris, I spent two days at Les Invalids visiting the Emperor, and an entire afternoon at Pere Lachaise Cemetery finding most of the Marshals’ resting places. I paid respects to my favorite Marshal, Marshal Lannes, at the Pantheon all while reading a biography of him. Before I left I made sure to pick up my own Baton at La Boutique Napoleon of course. Vive L’Emperuer! Thanks a lot! I’m a proud patron!
