Can we all take a second to appreciate this gloriously gay moment at the end of ‘The King Of Assassins’ where Queen Cleopatra hits on Xena and offers to generously accommodate her where she planning on visiting Egypt. Xena was so taken aback by that blatant statement that she’s rendered completely speechless. And don’t think I missed Miss Smirky McSmirkington in the background there possibly contemplating on and thinking up a devious plan in that imaginative and manipulative little mind of hers to proposition a threesome. She’s not about to let her woman go to Egypt without her and if she can convince her of taking her along, then she can convince her of anything. Or perhaps all of this was communicated between them in nothing more than a short glance at each other… because you know… their body language is just that damn proficient and they can strategize an entire mission in 2.5 seconds flat. Who needs scrolls and quills when you and your soulmate have an instantaneous form of silent correspondence in the psychic skill of telepathy?

Also nice to get a bit of backstory on Joxer. Now we see why he feels like he needs to be a warrior despite the ineptitude. And lol a gabrielle trying to enact what shes learned from xena. A little more practice is needed.

Yep, Autolycus became a slightly more morally upright fellow through his adventures with Hercules. ... Gina Torres is great. ... Gabby does some of her funniest stuff here. ... Joxer and Jett mention their other brother, Jace, and Jett makes the Fred Sanford "he's one of these" wobbly-wavy hand gesture. ... I really like how much you enjoy Joxer. 👌🏻
