Oh I totally agree on that, I didn't express myself the right way, I'll just say it's impressive without comparing, also you mentioned the reason why I've never had issues with the Detective Boys in general, I know a lot of DC fans do and I'll never understand it, it's like they expect them not to be kids when they are indeed kids, we're talking about a show where even Conan can be reckless at times, especially when it comes to the black organization, and he often needs Haibara to put a brake on him 😂 Personally I always thought Mitsuhiko, Ayumi and Genta would fit well in the police department when they're adults, that would be nice.

I totally respect your opinion and I agree to an extent. This is just my personal opinion but, Mitsuhiko definitely have a lot of potential. He is smart when it comes to a lot of situations and cases that helped Conan many times solve the case but I personally don't think he is more impressive than Conan, he is still 7 years old so he makes a lot of reckless and rushed decisions with Ayumi and Genta, that lead them to trouble and dangerous situations. This is actually what I love about tgem and about the series because we get to see the growth and the improvement in their characters and their bond with each other. In a way, they are involved in a lot of cases so most likely, when they will be in high school, we might see them become another Shinichi or even better than him 😂

Mitsuhiko feels like he's inferior to Conan but, and this might be an unpopular opinion, I think that to an extent he's more impressive than him, and it's not just because he's actually 7 years old. I think most people tend to forget that Shinichi grew up in an environment that helped him develop his "intelligence", having a dad who's a mistery writer for example, he's been into it from an early age. Mitsuhiko has none of that and he can still be extremely perceptive, which is why I've always seen a lot of potential with his character compared to Ayumi and Genta.
