Making the MOST EVIL Triangle!?

Can triangles be evil? This one is!

Bill Cipher is the main villain from the Disney show "Gravity Falls" and he's basically a chaotic evil and all powerful eldritch menace in the form of a floating triangle/pyramid. He can do anything, control people's reality, turn them into things, make anything he wants happen, and he's a complete lunatic. He's fantastic. :)

Gravity Falls ended a while back but the creators just released a new book called The Book of Bill that is an completely unhinged look at this backstory and all kinds of amazing details and stories about Bill that never made it in the show. It’s a fun read.

After reading the book it was less of a surprise why SO MANY PEOPLE have requested this character. He’s an absolute menace and so much fun. :D

So, we started by modeling him and figuring out how to make it!

His body is made from foam which we're texturing to look like yellow stone, and his eyeball, eyelids, and body are all animatronically controlled by six servos hidden behind him.

So much more to see but best to show that in the video! Built-in speakers, wireless servo control, animated lights. He's AWESOME!! Will update with more progress as we...progress.
