Collisions and ripple test

Also tried adding the ripple effect from Rikolo's butt riple tutorial, and i really love how it works.
Tomorrow i'll test if this works for animating the grabbing action and not just already grabbed parts. i say parts because this works on anything that has the typical deform cage with a cloth modifier. so it would work on boobs, butts, bellies, whatever.
